Kristoffer Huball is a professional director, performer and reference puppeteer for both stage and HETV. He specialises in both movement based and outdoor spectacle work.
Since graduating fourteen years a go from L’Ecole Internationale de Theatre Jacques Lecoq, Paris, he has worked with organisations and artists as a creative producer, director, devising ensemble performer or movement director including Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Royal Opera House, the National Theatre, Sadlers Wells and the Wales Millennium Centre.
In 2020/2021 he was a recipient of a UK Creative Community Fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, National Arts Strategies and Derby Museums.
Recently, he has been working as a reference puppeteer for Practic Creations, BBC Studios and Framestore on a high profile television project due for release in 2025. He is also currently collaborating with Felix Buxton of Basement Jaxx on the RnD of his new musical theatre project Out of the Blue, inspired by Mozart’s Magic Flute, with music recorded by the Sydney Opera House Metropolitan Orchestra.
